Do I need an account to search?
No. Search and compare freely. You create an account when you act: accepting an offer or proposing a mobility to a Mobility Partner.
Is it free to send a group?
Yes. FREE to send a group. Always. There is no tier, no trial and no card.
What does the price per participant per night include?
Accommodation and meals combine into one rate, the format National Agencies expect for budget reporting. Other services in an offer, such as transport, are itemised separately.
Where is our data stored?
Core data and files are hosted in the EU and handled in line with GDPR.
Can a Mobility Partner send groups without subscribing?
Yes. Sending is free. A Mobility Partner subscribes when it adds its first destination.
What is the difference between Basic and Pro?
Only the numbers. Every plan has the same features. Basic includes 1 destination, 1 coordinator and 3 courses per destination. Pro includes 3 destinations, 3 coordinators and 5 courses per destination.
Are prices per month or per year, and is VAT included?
Prices are per year and do not include VAT.
